Super helpful in breaking down the differences between the shave butter options! The two ladies were super friendly, I only caught the name of one, Ellie. Can't wait to give the shave butters a go, and they smell incredible!!

I keep leaving reviews about the subscription box on their site, but they keep getting wiped out! The value for what you get is just terrible. This month, we got a flimsy plastic zip bag containing three single-use mini samples of outdated products and a lip scrub. I saw it on TikTok for around £13. Every time I open the box, it’s just a letdown. Once, we got a face wash and a cloth, but those two don’t even come close to £20! It’s always either old stock or just not worth it. Plus, the fact that my reviews keep disappearing says a lot. They really ought to introduce a way to skip a month if the contents don’t appeal to you.

I found this brand back in November 2022 while I was looking up Advent Calendars online. Even though I didn’t end up getting the calendar, I picked up some other items and have kept coming back for more. I’m really into the brand and what they offer. Their products do wonders for my skin, and the sweet messages on the containers help me embrace my body, flaws and all. I've tried the shaving butter, body butter, shower gel, pineapple moisturizer, scrubs, and just recently got the pineapple peel mask along with a limited edition spot treatment for my daughter. I truly love these items and would suggest them to anyone. Go ahead and treat yourself ❤️

I visited the shop and met the sales assistant, Evie, who was super nice. She addressed all my queries (and I had a couple!) and was really friendly. The fragrances of the products were fantastic, with a few that caught my attention, and I'm pleased to report I’m not let down! The tropical shave butter has a delightful scent and lasts quite a while, plus the body butters are incredibly hydrating! Overall, I’m thrilled with my initial experience at Mallows Beauty :)

I've purchased and received Mallows Beauty items several times. While I was in Cardiff, I decided to check out the store. It was beautifully arranged and a delightful shopping experience. The staff member, Issie, was super friendly and helpful, chatting with me about the new Strawberry Shave Butter and some promotions they had going on. My collection from Mallows Beauty has expanded by two products, and I reckon this is just the beginning!

We were strolling by when my little girl, just 2 years old, got really excited about the pink colors and wanted to go inside, but she was a bit shy! Izzie was so welcoming and fantastic with her, demonstrating how the bath salts worked in a small bowl, and my daughter was having a blast. I didn’t plan on making a purchase, but with service like that, I couldn’t resist buying something and I’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks to Izzie for boosting my daughter’s confidence. The little things you did are super important for a kid’s self-esteem, and even if you thought it was no big deal—since you probably do this often—it truly meant a lot to my wife and me to see her so engaged and feel special with your full attention.

I really like visiting Mallow Beauty. I popped in last Sunday and again this Sunday. I’m so fond of it that I even got my mum a little something for Valentine’s Day from there. I’d totally suggest checking it out! The staff are super nice, friendly, and they take the time to explain how to use all the products and what they’re for.
